SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD DELIVERY

Your order should typically reach you within 3-7 working days for local mailing, and 4-8 weeks for overseas shipping.

 

Within Singapore, we charge a flat fee of S$4 for all orders. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-7 working days, unless contacted otherwise.

 

We offer free shipping on orders above SG$250, and also free self-collection services. ​

SELF COLLECTION (WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY)

We currently offer free self-collection services* at the following locations:

​

  1. Tengah OR Bukit Batok West, near Bukit Batok MRT station

  2. Punggol, Edgefield Plains, near to Damai LRT station

  3. Raffles Place MRT station

​

* Timings to be arranged through email or text once your order is ready for collection.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES

​

MAMAHAND currently ships to all countries. Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.

For overseas orders, we charge a flat international shipping fee of S$25 for anywhere else outside of Singapore. We offer free shipping on orders above SG$500.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased on mamahand.co if the item delivered to you is faulty, wrongly sent, or different from the description shown. Do contact us if you face any of these issues and we will assist you!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Valid for one-time exchange only.

  2. If a second exchange is necessary, customers have to pay for the delivery.

  3. Not allowed to exchange for other items (regardless of price).
