STANDARD DELIVERY

Your order should typically reach you within 3-7 working days for local mailing, and 4-8 weeks for overseas shipping. Within Singapore, we charge a flat mailing fee of S$2.50-S$4 for all orders. We offer free shipping on orders above SG$100, and also free self-collection services.

We will be doing normal mailing for all card orders, hence you do not have to be home to receive your order. Do contact us if you wish to opt for registered mailing for orders that include only cards.

For other items, we will be doing registered mailing and you will have to be home to receive it. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so items such as gift boxes will be sent through registered mail. However, we can do normal mailing if you are not able to receive it at home. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels through normal mailing.

SELF COLLECTION (WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY)

We currently offer free self-collection services* at the following locations:

​

1. Bukit Batok East, near to Bukit Batok MRT station.

2. Punggol, Edgefield Plains, near to Damai LRT station

* Timings to be arranged through email or text once your order is ready for collection.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES

MAMAHAND currently ships to all countries. Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.

For overseas orders, we charge a flat international shipping fee of S$15 for anywhere else outside of Singapore. We offer free shipping on orders above SG$180.
